The Route de Soleil is now within hand's reach.
Originally brewed as "Bruiloft Blond" (wedding blonde) to celebrate the marriage of the brewer this beer was a straight summery success. Upon its release in Hillegom during the mid-summer beer festival, it was immediately chosen as the best summer's beer of South Holland 2016.
With our Blonde d'été you automatically descend far down into southern France, where the summers are sunny and hot. At the foot of the Pyrenees, the picturesque
town of Aramits is hidden. A village that not only gave its name to one of the heroic musketeers, but also to the just as valiant Aramis hops.
We brew our Blonde d'été exclusively with this French hop. Her naturally delicate aromas are further complemented with the addition of coriander and lemongrass. Together they produce the sultry mixture of a fresh bouquet and a slightly peppered temperament.
The Blonde d'été is only available during spring and summer.
